Setup Steps

Choose your starting option

Buy a device with a SIM card in our store or on a marketplace – or use your own hardware. Make sure the SIM card is active.

Sign up and configure the device

Create an account in the app, add your device ID, and configure the connection. Choose your plan and payment method.

Manage, add, and monitor

Add more trackers, change your plan anytime, and benefit from automatic license renewal. You can also deactivate the service at any time.

What is NaviCompact and what is it used for?

NaviCompact is a vehicle tracking system that allows you to monitor location, route history, create geofences, and manage your fleet. Perfect for companies and individual users.

Which devices does NaviCompact work with?

Currently, NaviCompact supports TELTONIKA and SINOTRACK devices. We plan to add support for more manufacturers in the coming months. See the Devices section for details.

Do I need to buy a tracker to use NaviCompact?

Yes, a GPS tracker with a SIM card is required. NaviCompact supports many device models – you can use your own or order verified devices from our offer.

Can I use my own tracker?

Yes – check the list of supported devices in the “Devices” section. You’ll also find information about models currently being integrated into the system.

Does NaviCompact work abroad?

Yes, the app works anywhere. However, coverage and location quality depend on the GPS tracker and the installed SIM card – especially when using international roaming.

What subscription plans are available?

NaviCompact offers three plans: FREE, COMPACT, and PREMIUM. You can choose one-time or automatic payments – whichever suits you best.

How can I upgrade from the Free plan?

The plan upgrade feature will be available in future development stages. For now, we recommend continuing with your current plan until the upgrade option is released.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes – you can cancel your plan at any time, regardless of the selected payment method. For one-time payments, the plan will expire at the end of its active period. If you’re on automatic payments – simply cancel before the next billing cycle.

Can I add multiple users to the system?

Yes, you can assign different users to the system and set their permissions, such as access only to selected vehicles.

How do I get technical support?
